One Day Career Guidance program Organized for the Students of Monsang Pantha village on Theme: “The future depends on what you do today” on Date: 29th May 2022, Venue: Community Hall, Monsang Pantha– Organized By: BACEL & MPYCC.
The Bungmi Association for Community Empowerment & Leadership (BACEL) & Monsang Pantha Youth and Cultural Club (MPYCC) jointly conducted a ONE-DAY CAREER GUIDANCE seminar on 29th May 2022 at Monsang Pantha village community hall for the students of classes 9 to 12 of Monsang Pantha village.
This is the first programme organized by BACEL jointly with MPYCC. The seminar was moderated by Ts. Simsim, Member BACEL, and it began with a prayer pronounced by Ts. Martha, Women Church Leader, Monsang Pantha.
Anuj Tiwari, Ng. Johnson, Ng. Vincent, Chief of Monsang Pantha village, Rev. Sr. Angela SABS and Rev. Fr. Augustine, Assistant Parish Priest of St. Peter’s Parish Monsang Pantha were the resource persons of the seminar.

Mr. Anuj a software engineer delivered detail speech on Career Guidance. He introduced the students with various careers and their opportunities. He educated the students to understand themselves first in terms of their interest and abilities. He advised them to make appropriate decisions according to their interest while choosing a career.
Ng. Vincent, Chief of Monsang Pantha appreciated the Presidents of both BACEL & MPYCC for organising the seminar. He advised the student to be prepared for future. He stresses that life is not easy and is full of challenges. Therefore, they must work hard from now on to be a successful person in life.
Rev. Sr. Angela SABS also gave a brief talk appreciating the BACEL & MPYCC for the seminar. In her words of encouragement for the students, she also stresses on the spiritual development in their life. She advised the student to be open and seek guidance from elders and keep learning.
Ng. Johnson, Local Catechist, Holy Cross Catholic Church Monsang Pantha village spoke on personality development. He says that sincerity, honesty and positive attitude in life are requisite of success in life. He also highlighted that true education is the promise of good life. He also stresses that as a student they must have curiosity and eagerness, and put more effort in learning. They must show respect to teachers, elders and to everyone.
Rev. Fr. Augustine advised the students to have a spirit of competitive mind. They must have interest in their subject. They must study hard. They must invest their mind and heart in their studies. They must listen to others and seek guidance. They must be responsible and obey others.
Sh. Micky Victor, Khulaa of Monsang Pantha village also gave a brief talk appreciating the BACEL & MPYCC. He stresses that such seminar which is being organized is a boom to the village. He also thanked the students for their active cooperation. He encourages the students to be always active, smart and cooperative, and above all work hard in their studies. He tells them to focus in their goal in life and work hard to achieve it.
The seminar was successfully conducted with the participation of around 60 students. The vote of thanks was delivered by Ts. Warshing, Vice-President of BACEL thanking the resource persons, students and all participants. And the seminar ended with a prayer by Ng. Barbara, President, Women Development Monsang Pantha.
